The District Court of The Hague ruled that the defendants infringed the trademark rights of Puma and Calvin Klein by selling counterfeit boxer shorts. Good Law represented the trademark owner.

On 14 October 2024, the District Court of The Hague held that several defendants had committed trademark infringement by trading socks and boxer shorts bearing the marks of Puma and Calvin Klein, without the consent of the trademark owners.
