Carja Mastenbroek has 20 years experience in the international intellectual property rights area. Her practice focuses on brand protection, anti-counterfeiting and trademark, design rights and copyright infringement litigation. Carja is particularly active in the retail and fashion sector. Carja has experience in the entire lifecycle of products from clearance advice to infringement litigation, including protection and exploitation of intellectual property rights. She is well known amongst peers and widely respected for her long standing experience in soft IP matters.
