Carja Mastenbroek about utensils

Carja Mastenbroek about utensils during IP Dinner 2019

Presentation IP Diner Carja Mastenbroek.

The next question is: how can we take action against this? In addition to the usual IP rights such as trademark rights, copyright and slavish imitation, there is also the option of using design rights. Over the years, however, it has become clear that there are many prejudices and misunderstandings about this. This dinner seemed to me to be the perfect opportunity to try to take away some doubts, if you would have one. Maybe at some point I will regret sharing my enthusiasm for design right when I am confronted with my own tips in a case, but we’ll see about that.
