Copyrights of photos

Don't just put a photo (e.g. ‘from the internet’) on your own website, without researching the origin of the photo. It could just be the case that it is a copyrighted photograph. To be allowed to use the photo you need permission from its creator. The use of the photo can lead to having to pay damages. Read the judgement here[JQ1]  (only available in Dutch).
